Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Network Engagement Award
We are so honored and excited to announce that the HKS Women’s Network received the 2022- HKS Alumni Network Engagement Award!
In 2021, the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Alumni Network (HKSWAN) reached nearly 3,000 alumnae through more than a dozen events. The Network’s success relies on its growing footprint around the globe and it now celebrates 50 city chapters with a mission to connect, support, and amplify the efforts of HKS women and gender-nonconforming individuals in authentic, meaningful, and powerful ways. This includes activities such as welcoming new HKS alumnae, meeting with prospective students, and planning informal group gatherings.
Thank you to all of our Chapter Leads and global members for building such a meaningful network of alumnae!

The G20 theme for the 2025 South African Presidency is: Solidarity, Equality, and Sustainability. Under this context, the W20 theme for the South African Presidency was defined as: Women in Solidarity towards Sustainable Socio-Economic Development, and the W20SA Defining Value is: “Ubuntu”, which means “I am because you are, I am because we are”.
